An organisational discipline that holds up on site
We take on the planning, build and field management of international table tennis competitions. From the draw to the medal ceremony, the whole event runs off one project plan.
KaradenizSport runs international and national competitions in partnership with WTT, ETTU and TMTF. Hall layout, flooring and lighting standards, referee table positions and camera runs are all committed to the site plan before the build begins.
Most of the work on a tournament is finished before the doors open. Accreditation, delegation reception, internal transport, accommodation blocks, medical and security teams and the results and scoring integration are planned in the same project file; what is left on site is only manageable if the preparation was right.
The same team runs the broadcast. The broadcast centre sits inside the hall, and score data is fed straight from the referee table into the on-screen graphics.
Field build and operations
Flooring, table layout, lighting measurement and teardown. The main hall and the practice area are brought to the same standard.
Accreditation and delegations
Delegation, referee and press registration pass through a single control point. Reception, internal transport and accommodation blocks are planned together.
Referee coordination
Referee assignment, schedule flow and table allocation, run as one piece with the results and scoring system.
Broadcast infrastructure
Multi-camera setups, a shared score graphics template and a separate audio feed for press. The broadcast centre is inside the hall.
